Group Exercise Classes and Schedules
For those who are up for something different from their usual routine and wish to try a new skill, we have just the thing for you. Group exercise classes at Balance range from basic aerobics, to an intricate combination of yoga and pilates (known as yogilates), to the more adventurous dance programs of belly-dancing and hip-hop. Our instructors are seasoned practitioners and dancers in their respective fields, thus able to motivate the participants, while leaving them feeling energized, toned, and fit.
